3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
