Brief Description of Package: Procurement of various electrical appliance & consumables (Fan, Light, switch, breaker etc ) for Bibiyana Residential Complex.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have the followings:-
This invitation for Tenderer is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences,Latest income Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate (NID), Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract under the application Law.
3. Tenderer must have at least 1(one) similar / electrical goods supply experience otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
4. Tenderers must submit all types of MCCB, MCB, Fan, Cables, LED Panel Light Square each item one (01) sample before 08-10-2024, 14.00 in office of the Executive Engineer (EMD), Bibiyana South 400MW CCPP, BPDB, Habiganj in suitable packing to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification of Tender documents otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderes must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
6. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
7. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of good supply experiences.
8. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.
9. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
