* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers meeting the following criteria:
The Tenderer shall have up-to-date valid Trade License, e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, NID and Bank Solvency Certificate.
The Tenderer must submit a valid Electrical Contractor License, Electrical Supervisor License and Electrician License issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
The Tenderer must submit a National Skills Certificate on “Refrigeration & Air Conditioning”, Level-2 (260 Hours) under the Bangladesh National Qualification Framework (BNQF) / BTEB.
The Tenderer must have experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar supply work of Air Conditioner (PAC/HVAC/VRF) within the last 3 (three) years.
The Tenderer must submit End-User Certificate(s) / Performance Certificate(s) as a proof of similar supply and service experiences.
The Tenderer must fulfill all other criteria specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the applicable Law of Bangladesh.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
