Eligibility criteria:

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:-(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the electrical works prime contractorshall be 5 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing, installation testing &Commissioning minimum 02 Nos 500 KVA sub-station equipment & 02 Nos 150 KVA generator with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessories at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 300.00 (Three hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
(c) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate, ABC Contractor’s and supervisory license. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1060.00 (One thousand sixty) lac over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.,working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 220.00 (Two hundred twenty) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by any scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date in e-GP portal.(f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.330.00 (Three hundred thirty) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. (g) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
