Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Servicing, Maintenance & Operation of Lifts work.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk.6.50 (Six point five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 05(five) years amounting of Tk. 05.50 (Five piont Five) Lakh only.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 4.00(Four) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work only.
E)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity 8.00 (EightLakh).
(F) Up-to dated Income Tax Clearance,Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC category & Supervisory licence.
H) The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/ disributor of the lift ( XIZI UNITE) manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.
I) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift ( XIZI UNITE ) for the next 01(one) year shall be submitted with the tender..
J) The bidder must be sole agent of the proposed brand.
