Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 23333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 70000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of Road construction successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 15000000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization.
The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 20000000.00 (Taka Two Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of the average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15000000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh).
5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be 20000000.00 (Taka Two Crore).
