Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer should follow the instructions:
1. The Tenderer shall have valid & up to date trade license and income tax certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Fan and Electrical Accessories of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least BDT 6,00,000 (Six Lakh). The Tenderers have to submit contract agreement, Payment Certificate / acceptance certificate from the purchaser as evidence of the minimum requirement as above.
4. The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh). The Tenderer have to submit audit report or Bank statement or letter of line of credit issued from Bank.
5. The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninty) days.
6. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas T&D System Ltd. in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order or Gurantee issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
7. The amount of Performance Security shall be 10% percent of the Contract Price.
