Tender Security: 100000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of building construction/Repairing works successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization.
The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of the average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh.
5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
