Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods ( furniture) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years in Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous bodies., with a value of at least Tk. 17,00,000.00 ( Seventeen Lac) . The certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.
3. The required minimum liquid Assets i.e working capital/line of credit facilities is Tk. 22.00 lac in the specified format of PPR/Tender documents.
4. Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
5. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
6. Tenderer must have their own manufacturing plant with automated seasoning plant
7. Tenderer must have Integrated UV lacquer Line System in their factory which is certified by BUET
8. FSC Certificate for own manufacturing plant must be submitted by the Tenderer (FSC: Forest Stewardship council)
9. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001: 2018 and Environment Clearance Certificate for factory should be submitted by the tenderer
10. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
11. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
