Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 80000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 26666666 ~ 80000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 7 (seven) years.
(ii) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 Lakh in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization.
(iii) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 190.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years.
(iv) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities shall be Tk. 160.00 Lakh
(v) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 200.00 Lakh
(vi) Work Plan, Valid trade license, Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate with BIN.
• All other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW3 format. Otherwise, tender will be rejected. The provisions laid down in the “e-GP Guidelines and PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 including latest all amendments” and STD will be followed.
