Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last Three years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 03(Three) contracts in last 03(Three) years each with a value BDT5,50,000/- (BDT Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 6,00,000/- (BDT Six Lakh) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer also submit the following documents:
a. Updated trade license
b. Vat registration certificate
c. Update Income Tax Certificate
d. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.
e. The Tenderer shall submit the updated membership certificate of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
f. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.
*Failure to submit any document mentioned above shall cause the rejection of Tenderer.
