* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The tenderer must possess experience in supplying goods of the same nature, with a minimum value of Tk.40.00 lac in a single work order, within the last 3 years. the count of years will be calculated backward from the date of publication of the Tender notice.
ii) Enlistment as 1st class Contractor/Supplier in any govt/semi govt./autonomous organization (Up-to date) with ABC Electric Licence.
iii) The required average annual work turnover, calculated as the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed from the respective procuring entity, should be at least Tk.40.00 lac over the last 3 years.
iv) The tenderer must have experience working with any Government /Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies within the last 3 years.
v) The tenderer must provide at least one satisfactory completion certificate for supplying related products from any Government /Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies within the last 3 years.
vi) Brochure of Supply Items including Country of Origin, manufactured and assembled, Specific Brand and Model.
vii) The supplier should possess an updated Trade License, VAT Certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate, etc. Failure to provide these documents will result in the tenderer being considered non-responsive.
viii) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
ix) N:B. Others terms & condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
