* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,৯০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৩০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,৯০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supply of similar nature Goods of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5(five) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organization//Private each with a value of at least Tk.50.00(fifty) lac only.
3. A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Linen, Crockery’s & Cutleries of the manufacturers of proposed brand shall beLinen-2700(two thousand seven hundred) Nos. Crockery’s-2100 (two thousand one hundred) Nos. and Cutleries-1600 (one thousand six hundred) Nos.  per year over the last 5(five) years. 
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.60.00(Sixty) lac.
5. The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date Trade Licence; (ii)  Up-to-date Income Tax  clearance Certificate with Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025; (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from concerned office.

8. Tender security & Performance security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee infavour of ‘Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation’ only.
9. Others terms and Condition are specified in TDS, PCC, ITT & GCC which strickly shoud be followed.
