প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade Licence (up-to-date)
2. Valid Income Tax Certificate (Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025 year)
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (up-to-date)
4. Enlistment in any govt/Semi govt./autonomous org. as contractor/Supplier lincence.
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.50.00(fifty) lac.
7. The minimum specific experience as Supply of similar nature Goods of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3(three) years at Government/semi Government/ Autonomous organization each with a value of at least Tk.50.00(fifty) lac only.
8. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5(Five) years in any govt/Semi govt./ Autonomous organization.
9. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Tk.50.00(fifty) lac only.

11. Manufacturer’s /Distributor’s Authorization letter.
12. Tender security & Performance security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee infavour of ‘Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation’ only.
13. Others terms and Condition are specified in TDS, PCC, ITT & GCC which strickly shoud be followed.
