* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must submit Valid Trade license.
2. Tenderer must submit Valid Income Tax Certificate.
3. Tenderer must submit Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The tenderer must submit Enlistment in any govt/Semi govt./autonomous org. as 1st class contractor license.
5. Tenderer must submit ABC electric contractor license.
6. The tenderer must submit a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities certificate not less than Tk.24.00 (Twenty four) lac certificate within 30 days from the date of receiving the tender.
7. The tenderer must submit a satisfactory completion certificate of similar works at least Tk.24.00(Twenty four) lac under 1(one) of contract over a period of last 3(three) years at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization.
8. The tenderer must submit Completion certificate as General experience of goods and related services in any govt/Semi govt./ Autonomous organization.
9. The tenderer must submit Supply or production capacity of similar nature goods.
10. The tenderer must submit Brochure/Product Data sheet.
11. The tenderer must submit Manufacturer’s / Distributor’s Authorization letter.
12. The tenderer must submit SREDA Enlistment document for Solar panel & inverter (Brand & Model).
13. Tender security & Performance security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee infavour of ‘Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation’ only.
14. N:B. Others terms and Condition are specified in TDS, PCC, ITT & GCC which strickly shoud be followed.
