* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) 1) Contractors/Supplier who have minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related servicess as Supplied shall be 3(Three) years.
(ii) Enlistment as 1st class Contractor in any govt./semi govt./autonomous organization (Up-to date)
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 [Fifty lac] only Certificate must be within 30 days upto the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
(iv) Tenderer should submit up to date Trade Licesen, TIN certificate, Online VAT registration, Brochures, update own manufacturer plant certificate.
(v) Tenderer must have their own manufacturing plant with automated seasoning plant and UV lacquer Line certificate
(vi) FSC Certificate for own manufacturing plant must be submitted by the Tenderer (FSC: Forest Stewardship council)
(vii) ISO 9001:2015 must be submitted by the tenderer
(viii) ISO 14001:2015 must be submitted by the tenderer
(ix) Environment Clearance Certificate for factory
(x) Tenderer must have minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (Five) years TK.250.00 Lac authenticated by NBR.
(xi) Minimum 35 service centers in 40 different Places of Bangladesh
N:B. All Trems & Condition following as per TDS & PCC. Bills will be paid subject to receipt of funds available.
