প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence.
2. Up to date Bank Solvency & mentioned requisite liquid assets.
3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Brand and Country of Origin must be mentioned in the Technical offer.
6. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis must be submitted with the offer. Technical Scrutiny will be done on the basis of submittted Certificate of Analysis. (Analysis Certificate will include Name & Designation of the Chemist and Certificate date should not be 15 (Fifteen) days older than tender date.)
7. Delivery period: 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issuence of Purchase Order.
8. Successful bidder must supply all items included in the Lot, failing which full Performance Security will be forfeited.
9. Partial delivery is not allowed.
