প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in similar nature of works.
2. A satisfactory completion of Similar works at least Tk 40.00(Forty lac) under 1(one) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government/semi Government/ Autonomous organization.
3) The tenderer must have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk 40.00(Forty lac) over the last 5 years with year wise break up in tabuler form
4) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall not be less than Tk 40.00(Forty lac) Certificate must be within 30 days up to the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
5) Tenderer should submit up to date Online VAT registration, TIN certificate, Trade Licesen
6) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
7) N:B. Others terms & condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
