* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Tenderers must have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience of Electro-mechanical works. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no black listed record within ten years).
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contract of air conditioning and related services within last 5 (five) years.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) number supply contract of VRF/Central Air Conditioning and related services within last 5 (five) years , amounting a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) Crore in single contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/Private Organizations.
• The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
• The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. (Attached to Section-6, Drawing Section)
• The Tenderer shall submit the technical proposal with sealed & signed by manufacturing company and main catalogue (marked) including mentioning brand, model & country of origin of the proposed VRF System.
• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 14 (fourteen) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• Must have valid A,B,C category Contractor and Supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
• The Tenderer shall give the assurance from the manufacturing company to supply of spare parts for minimum 15 (fifteen) years.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
