প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant business including an fire-satety.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed a minimum of 2 (Two) numbers supply contract of similar Goods and related services within the last 3 (Three) years, amounting to at least Tk. 5 (five) Lakh in each contract in any Govt./Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer shall be a certified partner/distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The tenderer shall have a Manufacturer Authorization Letter directed from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the mentioned project.
The tenderer shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. Original Brochure must be submitted. (mentioned single, like Origin, Manufacturer, Brand, Model etc).
Tenderer shall have valid BSTI License/ BSTI Test repost by BC&E powder
Tenderer shall have Invention Phosphate base Chemical valid Lease Document and submit the ABC Dry powder Chemical Test Report BSTI
Tenderer shall have Document and submit the ABC Dry powder Chemical Test Report by Government of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh chemical Laboratory
The tenderer shall submit valid License of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
Having an up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
