প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The bidder should have a minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply of Digital Offset production Printing machine in any government, Semi- Government organization & Autonomous body or renowned export oriented private organizations in Bangladesh. In support of evidence, related documents should be provided.
The bidder should have specific experience to supply and installation of at least 05 units same brand mono-color digital offset production printing press to any government/semi govt organization in Bangladesh within the last consecutive 03(Three) years. User satisfactory completion certificate should be submitted as a proof.
The tenderer must have to submit at least 10 person engineer’s BSC/Diploma bio-data, certificate with the offer along with their bank salary statement for last two years with counter signed from bank local agent.
The bidder must be manufacturer’s authorized Sole Agent or Distributor of the quoted machine and bidder have to provide documentary evidence confirming the above fact. Sub-Agent’s offer will not be acceptable.
The bidder shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. Original Brochure must be submitted (mentioned single, like Origin, Manufacturer, Brand, Model etc).
The bidder shall have sales & service center in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.
The bidder shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
