The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the any Interior works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 7 Crore each of 2 (two) Contracts of Similar works and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(a) In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
The required average annual construction turnover is minimum TK 7 (seven) Crore within last 05 (five) years. Payment certificates of last 5 (five) years have to be submitted.
The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 6 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The Tenderer must provide company profile, machinery list and CV of all Technical personnel..
Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
