প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supplying goods and related services.
The tenderer shall have at least 03 (Three) successful completion record of similar type of supplies.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 35 (thirty-five) lac Only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
The amount of the Tender Security/Pay order/DD from any Schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of "Registrar, National University."
Tenderers should see the sample from PE Office.
Tenderers must need to submit each product sample to PE Office, Engineering Department, Medical Bhaban, National University, Gazipur and collect approval letter from PE and submit in e-GP system. (Failure to submission will lead the Tenderer become non-responsive).
Tenderers should have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
