* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Contractors/Supplier who have minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related servicess as Supplied shall be within last 03(three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supply, Installation testing and Commissioning of Air cooler at least 01(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, each with a value of at least Tk.7.00[Seven lac] only shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization/Reputed Firms. 3) ABC Electrical Contractor lincence up to date.
4) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods (of type supply of related Goods amount Tk.7.00[Seven lac] per year for last 3 (three) years
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.7.00[Seven lac] only Certificate must be within 30 days upto the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
6) Tenderer should submit up to date Online VAT registration, up to date TIN certificate, up to date Trade Licesen
7) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be Pay order/Bank draft in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
8) Authorization certificate of air cooler from manufacturing company must be submitted.
9) Country of manufactured or assembled certificate from air cooler manufacturing company must be submitted.
10) Guaranty certificate of compressor and spare parts of air cooler for two years from local distributor/selling agency must be submitted.
11) N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
