প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in similar nature of works.
2. A satisfactory completion of Similar works at least Tk.9.50(Nine lac fifty thousand) under 1(one) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate of Government/semi Government/ Autonomous organization.
3) The tenderer must have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk.9.50(Nine lac fifty thousand) over the last 5 years with year wise break up in tabuler form
4) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall not be less than Tk.9.50(Nine lac fifty thousand) Certificate must be within 30 days up to the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
5) Tenderer must submit up to date Trade Licesen Online VAT registration & TIN certificate,
6) Every Tenderer have to visit the site and submit drawing and design according to their proposal .
7) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
8) N:B. Others terms & condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
