প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar related Goods and Services of minimum BDT 20 (twenty) Lac under a single 2 (two) contracts in the last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The tenderer shall be submitted manufacturer/Distributor/Agent Certificated.
The tenderer shall be Technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
Tenderer must have valid A, B, C category Supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.30 (thirty) Lac. Letter of commitment from Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
