8. Bidder must submit technical offer on bidder’s won pad.
9. Successful bidder must supply all items included in the Lot, failing of which full Performance Security will be forfeited.
10. Without fulfilling the above requirements, the submitted tender shall be considered rejected without assigning any reason thereof.
11. Part delivery is not allowed.
