* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Assets
5. The Bidder has to submit Manufacturer’s/Distributor’s Authorization Letter for the 3rd and 4th item along with the technical documents.
6. Manufacturer’s Original printed Catalogue for the 3rd & 4th item must be submitted along with the offer.
7. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned along with the technical offer.
8. 01(One) Year’s Warranty Certificate is to be submitted during the Supply of the ordered materials.
9. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
10. Delivery Period : 45(Forty) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
11. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
12. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
