1. The tenderer must be submitted Valid Trade Licence (up-to-date)
2. The tenderer must be submitted Income Tax Certificate (up-to-date)
3. The tenderer must be submitted VAT Registration Certificate (up-to-date)
4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities not be less than Tk.250.00 lac (Two crore fifty lac) Certificate within 30 days from the date of receiving the tender.
5. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk.250.00 lac (Two crore fifty lac) over a period of last 5(five) years.
6. The tenderer must be submitted 1st class Contractory Licence in any govt./semi govt./autonomous organization (up-to-date).
7. A satisfactory completion certificate of Similar works at least Tk.250.00 lac (Two crore fifty lac) under 1(one) of contract over a period of last 5(five) years at Government/semi Government/ Autonomous organization.
8. A satisfactory completion of General works (Civil nature) must be submitted work completion certificate at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization.
9. Tender will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10% above or below the approved official estimated cost according to Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Slandered Tender documents of CPTU.
10. Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of ‘Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation’ only.
