* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৯০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৯০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset.
5. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
6. The Bidders have to mention the Item’s Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin in the Technical Offer
7. Manufacturer’s Catalogue in English language must be submitted along with the offer.
8. Manual for Operation and Maintenance in English Language must be submitted during the Supply of the items.
9. The Equipment is to be installed and commissioned by the Supplier’s own Expert at their own cost at the CUFL site and normal performance is to be showed satisfactory for Quality Certificate .
10. The Supplier must submit at leat 01(One) year’s Warranty Certificate for the supplied items.
11. All standard Control Cables and other Accessories must be supplied along with the main Equipments.
12. At least 02(Two) End User Certificates in the last 05(Five) years have to be submitted along with the offer.
13. Delivery Period : 45(Forty Five) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
14. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
15. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
