2. The tender shall have minimum liquid Asset of Tk.23.66 lakh (Not before 29.09.2024).
3. Upto date Renewed (2024-2025) of A1 Catagory enlisted Contractor of Education Engineering Department Cumilla District.
4. Upto date Trade license.
5. Upto date income tax certificate.
6. VAT Registration Certificate.
7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
