Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Five (5) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. Who have experience of Same nature of work Supply of Desktop Computer, Laser Printer, Scanner, Online 1200VA UPS, Power Extension Board/Power Strip TK. Six (6.00) Lakh in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last Five (5) years. [Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice].
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Three (3.00) Lakh . Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
4. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
5.Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
6. If Tenderer Quoted Rate Excessive Less/Higher than Estimated Cost then Tenderer will be Non Responsive according to PPR 2008 art 98(23).
7. Certification. ISO 9001: 2000 for manufacturing FCC-CLASS B min for component (certificate must be submitted with tender document with e-mail/ web address of the certified organization
8.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
9. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS.
