* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1866666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and
related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years..
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of TK. 20 ( Twenty) Lac
under maximum 02(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 3 (Three)
years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
System.
3. The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.19.00 Lac supporting documents is to be
submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully
unconditional as per (Form PG2-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of
this form will results the tender non-responsive.
4. A Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter is required for all the items listed in the Price and
Delivery schedule for Goods and related Service (Section 5).
5. The Product must be supplied from an ISO certified organization.
6. Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license & others condition as per TDS.
7. The tenderer must have to follow all ITT clauses to submit all other documents
accordingly.
