This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) All Contractor's/Firms enlisted in PWD according to PWD Financial Limit. For Contractors/Firms of Class-3, Enlistment only within PWD Rangamati Circle are Eligible.
b) Tenderers must have up to date Income Tax, TIN and valid VAT registration certificate and Trade license.
c) Attested copy of the following mentioned documents to be submitted.

3. Up to Date Trade License.
4. Up to Date PWD Enlistment Paper
5.Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.

(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 2.50 Lac, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2b-3).
(e) Others: As per TDS & PCC.
