* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7000000 ~ 20000000.

Valid Trade License (Up To Date)
Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Up To Date), TIN Certificate(Up To Date) & VAT Registration Certificate(Up To Date).
Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
The winner tenderer should provide the tender security and performance guarantee from the same bank.
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 25.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW2A mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. Bank statement is not allowed, only credit committment in the form of e-PW2A is acceptable.
In the interest of exprditious work, if there is a tie between responsive contractors, no more than two works shall be awarded to one contractor.
