* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac.
5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate and up to-date trade license.
6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
