This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works shall be 3(Three) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction work of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and complexity of work successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least 5,00,000.00 ( Tk Five Lac)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 5,50,000.00 ( Tk Five Lac Fifty Thousand) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 5,50,000.00 ( Tk Five Lac Fifty Thousand
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 ( Tk Six Lac)
(f) The Tenderer must have to enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.
(g) All other conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
