Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract of the same nature and Complexity of work completed within the last 5 years, in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organization of bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 2,65,00,000.00 (Two Crore sixty five lakh) only. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
3. The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk. 6,35,00,000.00 (Six Crore Thirty five Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper)
4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 1,35,00,000.00 (one Crore thirty five lakh) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW3-7 form.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4,00,00,000.00(four Crore ) Only.
6. UP to date ABC Category electrical Cotractory and Supervisory Lisence.
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
8. If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsiveThe tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License.
