Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Electrical/Electrical Repair works.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Electrical/Electrical Repair works.of Tk 10.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who’s Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk 15.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 10.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) Up-to-date ABC and Supervisory Licences ,VAT, TIN, BIN, Trade License.
vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers.
vii) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.
