Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit TIN certificate, latest Tax return submission certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.
2.The Tenderer shall have a minimum number of 03 (Three) years of general experience .
3.The Tenderer shall have construction related works experience in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation or any powerplant of at least TK 7,00,000 (Seven Lac BDT) under maximum 2 (Two) contracts within last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 7,00,000 (Seven Lac BDT) .
5. The Tenderer must submit authorization letter from their valid firm to the specific person.
