Eligibility criteria:
(1) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in Building Construction/ Maintenance works.
(2) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Construction work/ Building maintenance work in/c. Civil, Sanitary and other ancillary works worth not less than Tk. 1.50 Lac only in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(3) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.5.00 Lac only during last 5(five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 2.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
(5) The tenderer must submit scan copy of Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate.
