All 1st Classes (Combined )/ Contractors having both Civil &E/M Licience ( same proprietor ) with Updated enlistment in PWD .
a) Tenderers must have updated income tax clearance certificates from the NBR/concerned office.
b) Tenderers must have valid VAT Registration certificates from the NBR/concerned office.
c) Tenderers must have updated Trade Licenses
d) Tenderers must have Trade Licensesd) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/cash flow capacity of Tk 4.00 Lakhs.
e) Having Lincence renewed through PWD Naogaon Division .
f) Only completed works in stipulated completion period will be considered for payment ,
uncompleted works will not be considered for payment,no claims will be accepted for payment beyond stipulated completion period.
