Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer has to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05(Five years); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in the Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 500.00 Lac (Taka Five Hundred Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 1000.00 Lac (Taka One Thousand Lac) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 860.00 Lac (Taka Eight Hundred and Sixty Lac). In the case of a Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 640.00 Lac (Taka Six Hundred and Forty Lac).
(F) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration Certificate.
(H) All Other Certificates as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
