Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/ Management Contractor/ Nominated Subcontractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 11.00 lakh.
b) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 40.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 15.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
d) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
f) Among 13 (Thirteen) Nos Tender Id (985573 to 985579, 986916 & 986918 to 986922) Maximum 01 (One) Nos works will be Provide in a Bidder if Quotated Rate are equal.
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
