Eligibility criteria:
01. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 14.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).

02. Liquid asset should be tk. 10.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date. In case of submitting credit facility it should be collected on a date after tender publishing date against the work with tender ID with the same amount.

03. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
04. Tender submission, evaluation criteria etc. have been described in details in TDS.
05. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2023, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
