Eligibility criteria:
a) Latest income tax certificate, VAT certificate, Chemical trade license.
b) The satisfactory completion of water treatment chemicals in any power plants
amounting not less than BDT 30,00,000.00 (taka thirty lakh only) in the last 05 (five) years
under maximum 03(three) contracts.
c) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years experiance in the supply of water
treatment related chemicals in Government/Semi-government/ Autonomous organization.
d) Bank solvency certificate of BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka thirty five lakh only).
e) Tenderer must submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at
point of delivery in their own cost.
