Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Updated trade license, BIN, Tax certificate.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5(five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Repair and Maintenance work of 230/132kV or 132/33 kV Power Transformer or Transformer Manufacturing/Assembeling, Deassembling (with fault finding & troubleshooting )Work order value of minimum Tk. 25 (twenty five) lac under minimum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years in PGCB or goverment owned electrical organization or company.
4) The Tenderer should have work experience i.e. Transformer Manufacturing/Assembeling / Deassembling (with fault finding & troubleshooting) at least 1(one) number of work in last 5(five) years.
5) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.0 (one) crore in the 5 (five) years.
6) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40 (forty) lac.
7) The work shall have to be completed within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days .
