a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 7 lac under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk.8 lac issued after April-'2024;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN registration certificate;
