Brief Description of Package: Name: Procurement of Operator Station, Engineering Station, Server Spare Parts of PCS7 for Shahjibazar 330MW CCPP, BPDB, Habiganj.

Description: Tenderer willl supply Operator Station (HMI) with necessary software to run Plant DCS (PCS7) HMI Project (Wincc) smoothly without any problem. Completion certificate will be issued after 5 days of successful operation. For more details please refer to ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, "Pricing and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A)" and "Pricing and Completion Schedule for Related Services (Form e- PG2-2B)"
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 40000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
Tenderer should have solid Bank Solvency/Bank Statement/line of credit reflecting minimum 11 (Eleven) lakh Taka as liquid asset.
The satisfactory completion of supply of Instruments and Control Goods of minimum BDT 11 (Eleven) lakh taka under maximum 2 (Two) number contracts in the last 3 (three) of years.
Tenderer must submit 1 (one) years warranty certificate of the item.
Proper documentation (Catalogue, O&M Manual) should be supplied, Inappropriate document will cause the tender to be rejected.
Less quoted price is absurd with market price will be rejected.
