Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods
and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the
date of publication of IFT in the E-GP system.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply and installation of similar goods &
related services of at least 01 (one) contract(s) with a value of at least Tk. 09.00 (Nine)
lakh under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall
be Tk 08.00 (Eight) lakh. The tenderer must submit letter of commitment for bank’s
undertaking line of credit in form PG2-5.
4. The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX
clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
5. All the prices quoted by the tenderer is Inclusive of VAT and the
successful supplier must submit VAT Chalan during delivery.
6. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be
considered as the reason of Tenderers Disqualification
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC , Section 6 of e-tender document must be
fulfilled
